• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Post-secondary education considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Service Managers to set objectives and strategic plans for profitability.
• Identify performance gaps and set measurable objectives in billing, WIP, and warranties.
• Develop actionable improvement plans to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in executing improvement initiatives and monitor progress.
• Audit compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Apply 5S and Lean principles to optimize workflows.
• Ensure dealer audit criteria and customer satisfaction targets are met.
