Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultant across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate them on credit products, and guide decisions to fit their lifestyle.

We offer a base hourly wage with uncapped commission, fully paid onboarding, coaching, and flexible scheduling. Permanent full-time or part-time roles are available, with training and clear opportunities for advancement nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in retail or financial services.
• Comfortable meeting sales targets and pursuing ambitious goals.
• Friendly and personable with strong listening and relationship skills.

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations

• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application

• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day

• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations

• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality

• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation

• Base wage $17.95/hr plus uncapped commission

• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available

• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
