Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultants across Canada to represent one of the country's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.

You will engage customers on the retail floor, listen to needs, and guide them to a product that fits their lifestyle, becoming the in-store expert and the go-to resource for staff and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Outgoing, personable and able to engage with people.
• Comfortable delivering key messages.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Work well independently and in a team.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource.
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations.
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day.
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations.
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality.
