Job summary

Joe Johnson Equipment (JJE) is seeking an Outside Sales - Parts & Service for the Refuse Equipment line in the GTA/Southwestern Ontario region. The role drives parts and service sales growth, acts as a product expert, and visits customers to develop relationships, prepare quotes, and deliver solutions.

The successful candidate will manage accounts, prospect new customers, and collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless support within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Service Representative role or a related position.
• Experience using MS Office Suite, with a focus on Word and Excel.
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Experience analyzing current sales and forecasting future sales.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and maintain ongoing communication with customers.
• Prospect and assess territory for potential new customers.
• Promote and sell represented product lines throughout the territory.
• Prepare quotations for customers, follow up on sales and process orders.
• Log all calls and communications with customers to support seamless service.
• Daily travel within assigned territory to visit customers and inspect needs.
