Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Business Development Representative – Field Sales to promote payment solutions, build partner relationships, and hit ambitious sales targets. You will work remotely within a defined territory, traveling locally as needed and reporting to a VP, Small Business Sales.

You will drive revenue by selling products and services to new and existing clients, manage a portfolio of referring partners, and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate tracking in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or sales or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 1 year of outside/field sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to develop relationships and close deals.
• Ability to independently manage a territory, including partner relationship management and pipeline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth selling Chase Payment Solutions in territory.
• Own territory planning, outreach strategy, and weekly activity goals.
• Identify customer needs via outbound outreach and meetings; present tailored solutions.
