Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Canada (Calgary–Medicine Hat). The role focuses on educating homeowners about LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement, with a target earnings range of $55,000 to $100,000+ per year.

You will generate leads in your territory, conduct home inspections from the street, and coordinate demonstrations with the sales team. The position requires outdoor work, a valid driver’s license, and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads across assigned territory by canvassing and engaging homeowners.
• Educate customers on Leaf Home products and arrange in-person demonstrations.
• Report daily results to field management and collaborate with teammates.
• Represent Leaf Home professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work outdoors daily and be able to stand/walk for extended periods.
