Job summary

Leaf Home in Canada is seeking a Field Sales Representative to educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and guide them through the value of gutter solutions with a quick home inspection from the street.

You will generate leads in your territory, schedule in-person demonstrations, report daily results, and represent the company professionally while working outdoors and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly motivated to sell and to meet/exceed goals.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Professional demeanor and attire.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required.
