Job description

Location: Regina, SK

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday – 9-5pm

Work Model: Remote Field Work

Compensation Range: $80,000 – $90,000 annually

Are you the kind of person who can walk into a room and light it up with your energy?

Do you believe that a strong handshake and a listening ear can open doors to incredible possibilities? If so, we want you on our team.

As a Field Sales Manager, you'll be more than a sales representative, you’ll be a trusted advisor, a community connector, and a champion for small business success.

This is your opportunity to drive real impact by offering meaningful solutions to entrepreneurs who are building the backbone of our economy. You'll help business owners navigate challenges, save money, and grow stronger, one conversation at a time.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking—you're always on the hunt.
  • Manage your territory like your own business, building and maintaining relationships with both prospects and existing members.
  • Meet with business owners, understand their needs and refer them to CFIB’s services.
  • Become a subject-matter expert and stay informed about our resources, business issues, and policy updates impacting SMBs.
  • Represent an organization that business owners trust and seek for guidance.

Who You Are:

  • Outgoing and persuasive: you’re a natural relationship builder who thrives on face-to-face interaction.
  • Sales-driven: you live for the chase, love closing deals, and take pride in exceeding your targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership of your work and treat your territory like your business.
  • Empathetic and solution-oriented: you listen before you pitch, and you love solving problems.
  • Resilient and optimistic: rejection doesn’t faze you; it fuels your fire.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience working with small businesses is a strong asset.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Why Join Us?

  • Training & Mentorship: We’ll set you up for success with a paid comprehensive training program and continuous coaching.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: In addition to your base salary, your performance is rewarded through commissions and bonuses.
  • Benefits: Health and wellness coverage, monthly expense allowance, LinkedIn learning and more.
  • Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility and autonomy in your day-to-day.
  • Be Part of Something Bigger: Join a mission-driven organization that advocates for the voices of business owners.

Turn your passion for business into a career with purpose.

As Canada’s largest association of small and medium-sized businesses, CFIB is in business to provide independent businesses with the resources they need, to give them more value, and to have their voice heard at all levels of governments.

If you’ve been waiting for a role where you can make a difference, build a community, and be your best self, this is it. Apply now and start your next chapter as a Field Sales Manager.

CFIB has a diverse workforce. We believe in and are committed to a workplace culture of respect, inclusion, and diversity.
