Job summary

PepsiCo Canada is seeking a Sales District Leader to drive sales growth, oversee a frontline delivery team, and ensure marketplace execution across DSD accounts in the Newfoundland region. Overview

At PepsiCo Canada, the Sales District Leader (SDL) plays a critical role in driving sales growth, marketplace execution, customer service excellence, and frontline team performance within our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business. The SDL leads a team of frontline sales employees, ensuring executional excellence, delivering strong business results, and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. The SDL is responsible for developing people, strengthening customer relationships, and executing sales, merchandising, and operational priorities that support PepsiCo's strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and business acumen in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel as required, big territory to cover (Carbonear,Bay Roberts,Clarenville ,St. Mary's,Bonavista)
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
