Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking a Market Leader to supervise retail field operations and team performance across assigned territories and client programs. This dual role combines frontline leadership with active participation in sales and customer acquisition activities.

The Market Leader will lead field teams, coordinate staffing, and contribute to promotional execution while maintaining strong relationships with store leadership and management.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable demeanor suitable for field sales and leadership.
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Strong listening and communication skills for coaching and interaction with store leadership.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to undergo criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a field team of approximately 6–10 Field Marketing Representatives and Assistant Market Leaders across territories.
• Coordinate scheduling, shift coverage, attendance, and productivity.
• Coach team performance and conduct accountability discussions.
• Monitor KPIs, sales, customer experience, and execution quality.
• Participate in direct sales, customer acquisition, and promotions in retail locations.
• Maintain reporting, attendance, and compliance records.
