Job summary

SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. in Winnipeg is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers using Trimble Construction Surveying equipment, machine control, and related software. You will provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, training, and maintain strong product knowledge.

You will create and update technical documentation, document processes, and travel as required to support customers. Must have post-secondary education, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers using Trimble Construction Surveying equipment, machine control and guidance systems, and related software.
• Offer on-site troubleshooting and remote support to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to help customers use Trimble products effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trimble surveying and office products and new releases.
• Create and update technical documentation and guides for customer troubleshooting.
• Document and record processes accurately and travel as required to support customers.
