Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Equivalent hands-on project management experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Mechanical aptitude is required; electrical knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Safety-centric approach and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in equipment assembly or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of racking and conveyance system installation.
• Monitor daily and weekly targets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage vendor teams during installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Drive production efficiency while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Conduct routine quality control checks and address issues with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with logistics to maintain material flow to workstations.
• Perform PM status reports as required by client and PAC leadership.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment and motivate teams to excel.
• Complete project closure reporting and lessons learned documentation.
• Uphold high safety standards on the worksite through walks and toolbox talks.
