Job summary

Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd. is seeking a Field Operator for a project located in northern BC. The role emphasizes safety, knowledge of OH&S legislation, and industry standards in today’s oil & gas sector.

This opportunity offers camp work north of Fort St John with a 15/13 shift, and requires experience in field facilities gas operations, compression, dehy, and SCADA, plus valid safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of field facilities gas operations experience.
• Prior Compression, Dehy, SCADA experience is required.
• Sour gas experience would be considered an asset.
• Must have current Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive and CSO certificates.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work within a team environment are required.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work alone and complete routine tasks.
• Preference will be given to applicants with Ltd company and truck.
