Job summary

The Beer Store in Bolton, Ontario is hiring a Field Supervisor to lead our Draught Services team across the province. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Manager, Draught Services and oversees a mix of full-time and part-time Field Service Representatives, managing equipment and service contracts with licensees, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Background in Mechanical/Trades preferred.
• 3+ years in a Draught Services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership to a team of Field Service Representatives across Ontario.
• Coordinate and oversee service and installation assignments for productivity and quality.
• Motivate and coach team members, deliver feedback, foster growth and accountability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; support revenue generation and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and vendors for business development.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and systems promote safe, efficient field operations.
• Educate customers on Draught Services' value and terms of service.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across field teams.
• Address customer issues professionally and promptly.
