Motion in Ottawa, ON is seeking a compassionate Service Technician to diagnose and repair mobility equipment for clients at residences and community facilities. You will learn and use diagnostic tools, work with manual and power devices, and travel locally to support clients.

You bring hands-on repair experience, excellent customer service, and a valid G-class license. The role offers training, a vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and assembling or repairing equipment.
• Exposure to diagnostic tools and power equipment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and hold a valid G-class license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair wheelchairs and mobility equipment and navigate our software system.
• Deliver an empathic, respectful and friendly customer experience.
• Be flexible and mobile, working 8-hour shifts and traveling to clients' homes and facilities.
