Forbes Bros Ltd. is looking for experienced, full-time, permanent Field Mechanics to join our growing team supporting our projects based out of Saskatchewan on work sites in Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Melfort, Pelican Narrows and more.
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Field Mechanic maintains, repairs and overhauls heavy vehicles and industrial equipment at our Powerline Construction Project Sites. This role is accountable to ensure vehicle documentation is correct, regulatory requirements are met, and all documentation is in place before vehicles or equipment are issued. The successful candidate will demonstrate prior experience of having worked within a heavy equipment shop environment in addition to strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
