As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be educating clients and offering President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of the most trusted and iconic Canadian brands.

Responsibilities:

  1. Educate customers on the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  2. Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
  3. Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
  4. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client’s products, by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers have a great experience.
  6. Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
  7. Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
  8. Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information.
  9. Create excitement around the product offering, by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.

Keys to success:

  1. 1 year plus experience in sales in a financial or retail (an asset).
  2. Comfortable with sales targets, eager to push the status quo.
  3. Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people, with a talent for acquiring new customers.
  4. Customer service or sales experience an asset.
  5. Comfortable delivering key messages, strong listening, and communication skills.
  6. High level of integrity and accountability working with confidential customer information.
  7. Comfortable completing a criminal/credit background check.

  9. Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license is an asset.
