Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connect with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate clients and promote President's Choice Financial Products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand.

Pay Structure:

• Base pay of $18/hour plus commission.

Responsibilities:

• Educate customers about President's Choice Financial products in-store.
• Understand customer needs to recommend suitable products.
• Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
• Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Engage customers creatively and share product benefits.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Be a product advocate and subject matter expert.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of sales experience in financial or retail sectors (asset).
• Comfortable with sales targets and challenging the status quo.
• Outgoing, personable, and skilled at acquiring new customers.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• High integrity and accountability with confidential information.
• Ability to pass a criminal/credit background check.
• Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license (asset).
