The Field Liaison Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination, administration, and continuous improvement of Chippewas of the Thames First Nation’s Archaeological Field Liaison (AFL) and Ecological Field Liaison (EFL) Programs. This role serves as the operational lead for both programs, ensuring field requests are coordinated efficiently, liaison staff are scheduled appropriately, contracts and invoicing are completed accurately, and training requirements are maintained.
Working closely with the Consultation Team, proponents, community members, Finance, government agencies, and external consultants, the Field Liaison Coordinator supports the successful delivery of archaeological and environmental monitoring activities in accordance with community priorities, consultation commitments, and organizational policies. This position plays a key role in strengthening program effectiveness, accountability, and service delivery.
