Job summary

Navacord is seeking a Mobile Road Advisor to service client insurance needs through in-person visits at dealerships across British Columbia. The role is on-site from our Vancouver area branch, requiring a personal vehicle and willingness to travel.

You’ll engage with clients, provide expert advice, and help navigate the claims process while building long-term relationships. The position offers growth towards a producer role within Navacord’s expanding client-focused team.

Qualifications

• Level 1 Insurance Broker License.
• At least 1 year of insurance experience.
• Valid BC driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in the field and independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand their insurance needs and advise on best coverage.
• Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with accuracy.
• Grow book of business by meeting sales targets and cross-selling products.
• Travel to dealerships across BC and manage daily client visits.
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM and protect confidentiality.
