Qualifications

• Level 1 General Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain through ICBC exams.
• Experience in the BC insurance industry or other provinces/territories is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous sales experience is highly valued and aligns with targets.

Responsibilities

• Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations for ICBC and in-house auto insurance.
• Assess terms, coverages, limits, and exclusions to tailor client solutions.
• Maintain client information and policy details in in-house CRM with confidentiality.
• Oversee distribution of plates, permits, and receipts with accurate record-keeping.
• Develop knowledge of ICBC products and Navacord standards.
• Engage with clients to review coverage and recommend Navacord products.
