Job Details
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Administer medications in the patient's home, specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinic settings.
  2. Assess and monitor pre- and post-injection/infusion treatments as directed by program protocols.
  3. Complete necessary documentation based on policies, procedures, and standards of practice including the College of Nurses and Innomar ISO accreditation.
  4. Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols, individually or in groups.
  5. Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints according to Innomar policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure reliable availability based on employment agreements to meet the needs of the IBU and the Nursing and clinics KPIs.
  7. Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to meet scheduling and treatment timelines.
  8. Coordinate with patients and caregivers to set up appointments and drug delivery to home and clinic.
  9. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance professional standards.
  10. Attend specialized client-related training as required.
  11. Adhere to professional nursing standards and work collaboratively within the healthcare team, delegating tasks as authorized.
  12. Travel within designated IBUs to meet operational needs.
  13. Follow all standard operating procedures, work instructions, and health and safety standards.
  14. Complete ongoing and annual education as per training requirements.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned and be on standby/on call if needed.
Experience And Educational Requirements
  1. Registered Nurse with relevant experience required.
  2. Minimum 1 year IV initiation experience.
  3. Current registration with licensing body and CPR certification.
  4. Experience in critical care, emergency, or homecare settings.
  5. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, MS, CVAA are assets.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and internet access.
  7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and travel within the region.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements
  1. Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry is an asset.
  2. Strong critical thinking, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  4. Valid driver’s license and insurance.

The role involves daily contact with English-speaking customers, patients, and cross-functional teams.
