Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Administer medications in the patient's home, specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinic settings.
• Assess and monitor pre- and post-injection/infusion treatments as directed by program protocols.
• Complete necessary documentation based on policies, procedures, and standards of practice, including those of the College of Nurses and Innomar ISO accreditation.
• Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols, either individually or in groups.
• Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar policies and procedures.
• Ensure reliable availability based on the employment agreement to meet the needs of the IBU, Nursing, and clinics KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams such as case managers, physicians, pharmacy, scheduling, and other departments to meet timelines for appointments and treatments.
• Coordinate with Patients and Caregivers to set up appointments and drug delivery to home and clinic.
• Participate in team web-based meetings and training sessions to maintain professional standards.
• Engage in specialized client-related training as required.
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and Innomar guidelines.
• Work collaboratively within the healthcare team, providing oversight and delegation to RPN/LPN as authorized.
• Travel within designated IBUs to meet operational needs.
• Follow all nursing, clinic SOPs, work instructions, and health and safety standards.
• Complete ongoing education and training within specified timeframes.
• Perform other duties as required by Innomar.
• Be available on standby/on call as needed.

Experience And Educational Requirements

• Registered Nurse with relevant experience required.
• One year of IV initiation experience preferred.
• Current registration with licensing body and CPR certification.
• Experience in critical care, emergency, inpatient/outpatient, or homecare settings.
• ACLS, PALS, MS, CVAA certifications, and central line experience are assets.
• Proficient in MS Office, internet, and related computer skills.
• Access to internet, cell phone, and fax machine.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the geographical area.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry is an asset.
• Business and financial acumen is an asset.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hold a valid, non-expired driver's license and insurance.
