Job Details
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer medications in the patient's home, specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinics.
- Assess and monitor pre and post-injection/infusion treatments as directed by protocols.
- Complete documentation according to policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and protocols.
- Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints per policies.
- Ensure reliable availability to meet operational KPIs.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to meet scheduling and treatment timelines.
- Coordinate with patients and caregivers for appointments and medication delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain professional standards.
- Adhere to professional nursing standards and work collaboratively within the healthcare team.
- Travel within designated areas to meet operational needs.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and health and safety standards.
- Complete ongoing training as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be on standby/on-call as needed.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with relevant experience.
- At least 1 year experience with IV initiation.
- Current nursing registration and CPR certification.
- Experience in critical care, emergency, or homecare settings.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, MS, CVAA are assets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet access.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the area.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
The successful candidate may have daily contacts with English-speaking clients, patients, or team members.

$72,400 CAD - $111,540
