• Ability to operate shop equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, including emergency repairs on a 24/7 on-call basis.
• Installs, diagnostically inspects, repairs and supports equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems, assess scope, document findings, and decide on repair or parts replacement.
• Provides technical support and training to customers on operation and maintenance.
• Keeps customers informed and pursues system enhancements or upgrades.
