Our Ideal Candidate

In this role, you will focus on managing documentation and project coordination activities—including RFIs, RFCs, and timekeeping—ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date. You will work closely with project managers and field teams to support the smooth operation of multi-disciplinary projects without being the overall on-site leader.

  • Coordinate and update project turnover packages and quality assurance documentation using digital tools (e.g., document control software and Bluebeam).
  • Assist project managers with administrative tasks related to construction and quality management activities.
  • Monitor project documentation to ensure compliance with established protocols and assist in the preparation of status reports.
  • Collaborate with various trade supervisors to ensure that all project coordination paperwork is complete and aligned with construction milestones.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Solid experience in project coordination or administrative roles within construction or industrial projects.
  • Familiarity with processing RFIs, RFCs, and timekeeping systems, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing project turnover documentation and quality assurance paperwork.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and digital document control platforms (e.g., Bluebeam, Adobe Pro).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with field teams and project managers.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What’s in it for You?

  • Competitive wages and benefits package
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
  • A supportive work environment that values precision, teamwork, and quality outcomes
  • Exposure to diverse industrial and construction projects across Western Canada
