We are recruiting an experienced Field Construction Technician to join our team at our Ontario location, providing high-quality Tuff Shed products.

Are You the Right Fit for the Role?

As a Field Construction Technician, your responsibilities include:

1. Warranty, Service, & Delivery

• Assist in the safe delivery of storage buildings to Home Depot stores, customer properties, and retail lots.
• Perform warranty repair tasks efficiently, courteously, and within scheduled timeframes.
• Provide feedback to management regarding warranty concerns and completion issues.

Sales & Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective customers.
• Assist with off-site events such as Home Shows.
• Maintain HD displays and marketing materials.

Vehicle and Driving Responsibilities

• Report vehicle maintenance needs to the Assistant Manager/Operations Manager.
• Ensure GPS device remains connected and operational.

Other Responsibilities

• Report defective tools to management promptly.

Skills & Experience

• Basic construction, carpentry, roofing, and painting skills.
• Ability to read tape measures, drawings, and use power tools.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is a plus.
• Experience with vehicle inspections is a plus.
