Job summary

123Dentist, a leading dental support organization in Canada, seeks a Construction Coordinator for Western Canada. This field-based role supports planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-site clinic construction across the western network, with frequent travel to project sites.

You will collaborate with the Senior Director, Real Estate & Facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure builds stay on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Travel is a core requirement to sites across the network.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to project sites.
• Strong communication keeps project teams aligned and informed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Manager in planning and tracking projects across sites.
• Travel to project sites regularly for on-site visits and progress reviews.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors and external partners.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules and budgets.
• Lead follow-up meetings with notes and action items.
• Monitor deliverables and identify risks or gaps.
• Participate in risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Manage resources, vendors and subcontractors.
• Contribute to improving construction management processes.
• Verify and code project invoices.
• Maintain vendor lists and present quotes.
