You will be responsible for monitoring geotechnical parameters, completing soil sampling, and ensuring a safe work environment. The role requires a minimum post-secondary diploma and experience in the field. This is a primarily field-based position, with responsibilities including participation in safety initiatives and troubleshooting technical issues on-site.
Qualifications
Must have Standard First Aid Level C with AED, CSTS, and H2S Alive.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License with current Driver's Abstract.
Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
Monitoring geotechnical parameters at active mine sites.
Completing soil sampling and compaction testing.
Identifying and reporting hazards and unsafe conditions.
Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work in all weather conditions
