Job summary

LightForm Canada is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our Vancouver team. This role blends design and sales, partnering with interior designers, architects, engineers, builders, and homeowners to bring lighting visions to life.

You’ll present lighting products, visit sites, prepare estimates, and negotiate quotes with support from our internal team. A design or lighting background and 2–3 years in client-facing sales help you succeed, with opportunities to advance and travel.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing sales role, preferably in lighting, interiors, or design.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and lighting layouts
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Confident presenter with a good sense of design and spatial awareness
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable being on the road for sales visits throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (vehicle required)
• Degree or diploma in Design, Architecture, or Business, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with design professionals
• Delivering product presentations and lighting consultations, in person and virtually
• Preparing estimates, negotiating quotes, and following through on orders with support from our internal team
• Visiting project sites and client offices as part of this field-based sales role
• Staying current on design trends, lighting innovations, and product lines
• Representing LightForm at design events, trade shows, and client meetings
