Job summary

iA Financial Group in Quebec is seeking a Mobile Auto Damage Estimator to inspect damaged vehicles in the field, assess extent of damage, and prepare estimates in line with GAA standards and insurer requirements.

You will travel within the territory, meet policyholders and repair facilities, verify parts costs, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate settlements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in automotive damage repair
• DEP in auto body repair is preferred
• GAA estimator license is a plus
• Bilingual communication in French; English acceptable

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles across territory.
• Meet policyholders and repair facilities to assess damage.
• Prepare estimates per GAA standards and insurer requirements.
• Research parts costs and determine repair scope.
• Communicate estimates and explanations to stakeholders.
