Job summary

Stratis Group seeks an Access Reimbursement Manager to manage a dedicated territory and support access for providers and patients. You will educate healthcare providers and office staff on access services and reimbursement solutions for a product and therapeutic area.

The ARM will coordinate with HUB, call centers, and market access teams, ensuring understanding of the reimbursement process, patient support programs, and payer changes. This role demands a compliant, consultative approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services or healthcare sales.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in related healthcare roles.
• Willing to travel 3-4 days a week within the territory.
• Strong business acumen, analytic capabilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience educating HCPs on patient service programs and reimbursement processes.
• Experience delivering educational presentations (in person or via Zoom/Webex/Teams).
• Advanced knowledge of medical insurance terminology. CMS policies familiarity (Medicare Part B/D).
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prepare expense reports; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities that support patient access in provider offices and liaise with HUB and related services.
• Act as an extension of client HUB; provide in-person visits as needed.
• Participate in client meetings and input call activity into CRM.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate payer changes promptly.
• Educate offices on formulary coverage, utilization management, insurance forms, benefits, prior auth, appeals, claims.
• Educate physician office staff on patient support services and provider portals.
• Review patient case information in a compliant manner as defined by the client.
• Provide education using approved materials and client guidelines.
