Job summary

ABL Employment Inc is seeking a Fiber Laser Machine Operator in Surrey, BC. The role involves setting up a Fiber Laser to cut metal and interpreting work orders for accurate cuts. You will load materials with overhead cranes or forklifts and coordinate with maintenance for any issues.

Weekly pay is available from $25 to $27 per hour, with a standard Monday–Friday shift 7am–3pm and opportunities for overtime. Candidates should be fluent in English and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Experience operating CNC machinery, waterjet equipment, or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up Fiber Laser Machine to cut metal.
• Interpret work orders to determine cutting requirements.
• Load materials onto cutting tables using overhead cranes, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
