Job summary

ABL Employment Inc is seeking an extrusion machine operator for a direct hire position in Canada. You will set up and operate extrusion machines, change dies as production lines change, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs, and monitor product quality while maintaining material inventory.

Qualified candidates have a diploma or equivalent education and at least 2 years of extrusion experience. A willingness to learn and strong manual dexterity are essential; in-house training is provided.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed with diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of extrusion machine operator experience.
• Willingness to participate in in-house training.
• Detail oriented with manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

Pay rate

• $23-25/hour, based on experience

Requirements

• Competed Secondary Education with Diploma or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience as an extruding machine operator or helper
• Desire to learn new skills and take part of our in-house training
• Detailed oriented, manual dexterity, object oriented, finger dexterity
