Job summary

Universal Realty Group is seeking a qualified FF&E Coordinator in Halifax to drive the design-to-delivery lifecycle for furniture, fixtures and equipment. You will work with the Capital Projects GM and Purchaser, overseeing design oversight, procurement and installation logistics to ensure flawless project execution.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in interior design/material management, proficiency in AutoCAD/Photoshop/MS Office, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Interior Design, Business Administration or relevant career experience.
• 3-5 years experience in interior design and material management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office Suite (Word and Excel); Yardi Systems Software is an asset.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on market trends.
