Bison Transport Inc is seeking an owner-operator team to operate cross-border freight from Mississauga, ON, to Flint, MI and Winnipeg, MB, with a dynamic weekly schedule. The roles require a DEF-equipped tractor, a valid FAST card for both drivers, and U.S.

Responsibilities

• Plan cross-border routes Mississauga to Flint, MI and reloads to Winnipeg.
• Maintain timely deliveries and on-time pay.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers.

Job description

$3000 Sign on Bonus. Earn up to $35K/month. Get Paid On Time. Every Time.

This cross-border team schedule runs 5 days out and averages 5K miles per week.

• Depart Tuesday at 0600 to 0700 pick up in Mississauga to deliver in Flint, MI at 1430 and reload to Winnipeg
• Depart Wednesday by 1200 drop in the Winnipeg yard and reload to the Midwest U.S.
• Depart Thursday by 0700 live unload in the Midwest U.S. and arrive in Flint, MI by 1400 to reload by 1500 to Winnipeg
• Depart Friday by 1200 drop in the Winnipeg yard and reload to Ontario
• Depart Saturday by 1400 drop in the Mississauga yard

Additional work might be available upon request depending on freight and HOS Freight and destinations might vary on occasion

Candidate Profile:

• Owner-Operator Team with 24 months tractor trailer experience
• Tractor must be equipped with a DEF system
• Must have a qualified team partner
• Must be U.S. Qualified
• Both Drivers must hold a valid FAST card
• Must be able to drive Highway 17 in Ontario 12 months a year
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Values safety
