Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assists customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and helping with purchase decisions.
• Resolves customer issues and refers concerns to management where appropriate.
• Maintains salesfloor presentation by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, and setting up displays.
• Ensures proper handling of claims and returns, secures merchandise, and maintains a safe work environment.
• Receives and stocks merchandise, uses equipment properly, and completes required paperwork/logs.
• Directs service items to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Stocks/picks merchandise and applies product protection; sets up modulars and shelf caps.
