Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation of pantry, fry and station items in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Set up stations, follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specs.
• Restock items, maintain station cleanliness and safety practices.
• Work with Chef/Sous Chef and teammates; handle allergies when needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with cleaning tasks.
