RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a Key Holder to support management in creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects the brand’s image. You will engage customers, assist in fitting rooms, and handle transactions with accuracy and warmth.

You bring energy, style sense, and a customer-first mindset, helping ensure smooth store operations and an exceptional shopping experience for guests across Alberta locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage customers.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible availability; evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds strong relationships and encourages loyalty.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring customers feel supported and valued at checkout.
• Use product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales and support store performance.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards to keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and consistent execution.
• Uphold a customer-first approach by offering styling advice and contributing to an engaging environment.
