Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a Key Holder to support management in creating a welcoming, customer-focused store environment. You will engage on the sales floor, assist in fitting rooms, and handle transactions with reliability and attention to detail to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, sales, or customer service (opening/closing experience preferred).
• Strong customer service skills with ability to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion with good sense of style and trend knowledge.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds relationships and loyalty.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at checkout.
• Use product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Uphold a customer-first approach with styling advice and inclusive support.
