Job summary

Groupe Dynamite's GARAGE division in Calgary seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, driving sales and delivering a positive shopping experience.

You will lead a high-performing team on the floor and through digital channels, manage inventory, assist with eCommerce fulfillment, and uphold visual merchandising standards to grow the brand in Canada.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Customer-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem solving.
• Ability to adapt quickly, contribute ideas, and work with urgency.
• Proficiency with social media, mobile devices and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high‑performing team.
• Promote a positive shopping experience and optimise sales results.
• Contribute to inventory management and eCom order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand standards and visual/merchandising directives.
• Support on-store and online sales through coworker leadership and collaboration.
