Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking an entry-level Product Coordinator to join the Product Services team in Montreal. You will support product development by coordinating samples, maintaining the sample room, and assisting designers and developers throughout the product lifecycle.

You will bring strong computer skills, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Word, and a keen eye for fashion trends. The role requires an ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to work both independently

Qualifications

Strong computer skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
University or College degree.
2 years’ experience in a relevant product related role is an asset.
Highly attuned to fashion trends with the ability to translate them visually.
Positive, self-motivated and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities involve handling product samples and coordinating with Product Developers and Designers.
Maintain order in sample storage and organize by category/silhouette.
Assist with PLM and product lifecycle management tasks.
Support product handovers and handover documentation with the buying teams.
Manage defects/deleted articles post-handover with POM and buying teams.
Provide general administrative support and multitask under pressure.
