Job summary

FRAFCA is seeking a FASD Keyworker to support Indigenous families of children and youth under 19 with complex developmental conditions in the Circle 5 Region. This full-time position is based in Surrey, BC, on-site, with a salary of $34.00–$36.00 per hour for 35 hours per week, reporting to the Family Development Program Manager.

The role involves home visits, education on FASD, coordinating referrals, and collaboration with FRAFCA programs and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field required.
• Experience with families and children with behavioral challenges.
• Knowledge of FASD and community resources.
• Strong communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to educate families about FASD and related needs.
• Develop and implement behavioral assessment and support plans.
• Coordinate referrals to FRAFCA programs and external services.
• Provide monthly reports to the Program Manager.
