  • The candidate must clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
  • The candidate will be responsible for cutting agricultural crops.
  • The candidate will be responsible for dividing freshly harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
  • The candidate must organize tasks to complete the work.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the activities of clearing the fields.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the process of hoeing crops.
  • The candidate must provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
  • The candidate must ensure that farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing growing and other crop-related operations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining work records and logs.
  • The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements
  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
  • Farm operations include broiler and other meat-type chicken production, chicken farming, fruit and vegetable combination farming, hay farming, hog and pig farming, hog management, layer poultry farming, livestock combination farming, other vegetables and melon farming (excluding potato), sheep farming, and potato and vegetable production.
  • The candidate must be able to work in dusty, hot, wet/damp, and cold/refrigerated conditions.
  • The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
  • The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
  • The candidate must harvest crops.

  • The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
