Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities and staff.
• Organize tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
• Oversee field clearance, hoeing, planting, irrigation, spraying, and harvesting.
• Maintain records and logs of farm operations.
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Monitor product quality and readiness for market.
