The open positions are for Seasonal employment or a full-time job. The shift schedule encompasses shift times which include Day and Weekend.

• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate will be responsible for the weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology, and cover crops.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• Farm operations include both organic and corn farming.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty, hot, and wet/damp conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
