  • The candidate will be required to maintain quality control and production records
  • The candidate will be required to co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
  • The candidate will be required to develop work schedules and establish procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
  • The candidate should be able to perform general farm duties.
  • The candidate should have knowledge and capability to operate farm machinery, equipment and buildings.
  • The candidate would be responsible for maintaining work records and logs.
  • The candidate will be expected to supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programmes.
  • The candidate should be responsible in managing overall operations of farm.
  • The candidate will be expected to help with the recruitment and training of new employees.
  • The candidate will be required to carry out repair and maintenance work for farm machinery and equipment if and when required.
  • The candidate will be expected to plan and coordinate planting, cultivating, and crop harvesting activities.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep track of the inventory of stored materials.
  • The candidate should be proficient in handling farm machineries like Tractor, Farm truck etc.
  • The candidate should ensure farm activities comply with government regulations.
  • The candidate should ensure uninterrupted water supply to the farm.
  • The candidate will be expected to analyse current operations, crops, livestock, staff, and financial documents and make recommendations for improvements.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all employees follow health and safety regulations.
  • The candidate will be expected to build professional networks and stay up to date on agricultural science developments.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring staff rosters, hours, and performance, as well as resolving any grievances.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure that farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
