Job summary

Rubicon Organics™ in Delta, BC, is seeking a farm supervisor with 1–2 years of experience to oversee growing and harvest operations on site.

You will coordinate tasks, ensure safety and bio-security, maintain records, and supervise 5–10 workers, with benefits including dental and health care plans, plus travel insurance and team-building opportunities.
