Job summary

Seasonal full-time labourer/equipment operator needed for grain farm from Aug 10 to November 1. Located near Rabbit Lake, Saskatchewan, 50 minutes NE of Battleford and 25 minutes south of Spiritwood. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, operating large machinery, and basic repairs.

Must be able to work long hours during harvest, outdoors in all weather, with a positive attitude. Requirements include Canadian citizenship or open work visa, English proficiency for safety, class 5

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience working on a farm.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varied daily tasks.
• Willingness to work long hours during harvest (Sept–Oct).
• Capable of working in all weather conditions.
• Have a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate

• 1+ years experience working on a farm
• Is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, doing a variety of jobs each day.
• Must be able to work long hours during harvest (Sept-Oct)
• Will be capable of working in all weather conditions when necessary
• Possess a positive attitude

Requirements

• Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or have a valid open work visa.
• Proficiency in English is essential for safety reasons
• Have a class 5 license and transportation
• Must be able to disconnect from personal phone during work hours.
