Key Responsibilities

• Machinery Operation: Safely and efficiently operate modern, heavy equipment including tractors, grain carts, augers, and semi-trucks.
• Logistics & Handling: Assist with equipment preparation, grain handling, and hauling to local elevators.
• Farm Maintenance: Perform routine equipment cleaning, basic yard maintenance, and promptly report mechanical needs.

What You Bring

• Experience: Prior agricultural experience is highly preferred.
• Skills: High attention to detail, and comfort with outdoor physical labor.
• Availability: Full commitment to the harvest season (August to October), including long daily hours, weekends, and holidays as weather permits.
• Licensing: Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable personal transportation to the farm. A Class 1A license is a major asset.
• Traits: A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work dependably without direct supervision.
